Health wearable devices are everywhere — from rings to watches to baby socks — and it seems like nearly everyone is wearing one. For some, the devices are just ways to track workouts or read text messages without having to pull out a phone. For others, they’re data goldmines that allow people to “optimize” their health and wellbeing.
The Globe wants to talk to health wearable super-users about their experiences with these devices. What health data are most important to you? Has your health improved — or worsened — since you started using these devices? We want to hear from you.
