Robotics continues to be a growing extracurricular in Central Iowa Schools with programs doubling in participation in many of those schools. With the growth, schools are upgrading robotics to the classroom. In Newton, the high school will soon have a robotics classroom thanks to growing interest, funding and awards. Newton High School and Team Newbotics are this week’s Scholastic Spotlight.
